BATTERY MOULD
The production environment is part of the building system.
The ELCON production process for the production of the unique ` L’ shaped wall panel uses specially manufactured vertical battery moulds, designed by ELCON, hydraulically compressed to secure dimensional accuracy in the cast product. Double shift casting being achieved by piped heat curing within the casting leaves.
